The anticipation for this collaboration was huge for us and we’re so excited to finally unveil it! Our first pattern with Toni released at the beginning of the pandemic, so for this one to be released as we start to enter the new world seems very fitting. If you’ve been looking for more crochet patterns in Koigu this is a great opportunity, with a sweater, shawl and cowl. If you start any of these projects be sure to tag us!
Willow Sweater
This beautiful sweater is crocheted with Corriedale+Gotland yarn, our natural grey Koigu Origins yarn. The pattern is sized from XS to 3XL with instructions to adjust sizing. As described by Toni this oversized cozy pullover features the linen stitch square for the front and linen stitch stripes for the back and sleeves. Alternate colors for a lively ripple effect. Or, go low contrast on your stripes for a more subdued and traditional sweater. Layer it over your favorite chambray or plaid collared shirt for the perfect final touch.

Juniper Cowl
Looking to start a Pencil Box Crochet project for the holidays, this project is perfect! Using one Koigu Pencil box in the colour Winter Storm. As described by Toni, the Juniper Cowl uses 10 different colored mini skeins of fingering weight yarn to create a unique and wearable accessory. Sport your cowl from fall to winter, even spring, and back again. Place your minis in fade order for a cascading effect, go for a random assortment, or use leftover yarns from your stash. You can’t go wrong with such a versatile pattern.
This pattern can be done using any Koigu Pencil Box! Shop Koigu Pencil boxes from a variety of retailers.
Sylvie Shawl
This beautiful shawl is done using two different colours of KPPPM, which means the options are pretty much endless. We can’t wait to se the options everyone comes up with! As described by Toni the Sylvie Shawl is a meditative study in simplicity, color, and fun. Two complementary colors dance in a series of calming stripes for the entirety of this wrap. Then, slip stitch columns are added to draw the eye to the playful tied tassel border. Work the Sylvie Shawl in muted neutrals for a sophisticated, classic look, or shake things up with neons, pastels, or any color palette that suits your fancy.
Shop from most stockist KPPPM!! Find the kit as well at Mont Tricot!
