The holiday cheer has hit the Koigu farm this year, as we got about a foot of snow to start the week. For those that our new to our holiday traditions, we have a harmony of both Canadian and Esontian traditions which we do as a family every year. Some of them we’ve already started, like baking. Every year we bake Estonian Gingerbread dough (Piparkoogid) which lasts us through the holiday season. Last year through Covid we weren’t able to spend the holiday season with many of our loved ones, so we spread the cheer by sending cookies by mail. This year we’re going to keep that tradition, by sending our holiday cheer. What are some of your traditions?
